We cater to children of all ages, with a special focus on toddlers.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks when booking the entire venue. However, outside food is not permitted when renting just a room.

We provide basic decorations, but you are welcome to bring additional decorations to personalize your party space.

The guest limit depends on the package you choose. Our Family & Friends Package is ideal for up to 25 guests, while larger groups can be accommodated with our Exclusive Venue Packages.

Party packages typically include a party host, activities, entertainment, and setup/cleanup services. Detailed inclusions can be found on our website under each package description.

Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Parties usually last 1.5–2 hours, but we can adjust the timing to fit your schedule for an additional cost.

Yes, we require a 75% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the event.

You can cancel or reschedule your party up to two weeks before the event without penalty. Cancellations made closer to the event date may incur a fee.
