- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the party. Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- We understand that every celebration is unique, and you may wish to bring your own food and beverages to suit your event. Outside food and drinks are permitted, including your birthday cake and any other dishes you'd like to share with your guests. To ensure your items stay fresh, we provide access to our coolers and freezers at no additional charge.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled party time may be subject to additional charges.
- The standard party duration is as specified in the chosen package. Additional time may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. If your party exceeds the scheduled time and you do not vacate the premises promptly, additional charges may apply for the extra time used.
- All party attendees, including children and adults, are expected to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by Bubbles Eat & Play. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to the safety and enjoyment of other guests.
